WPThemeKit

Terms of sale and use

Last updated 3 November 2026.

These terms apply when you create an account on wpthemekit.com, or buy or use TV & Movie Catalog. Questions: [email protected].

What you buy

A license for TV & Movie Catalog, a WordPress theme and plugin. Every purchase gives you a key and, for one year from the purchase:

The theme and plugin show information from The Movie Database (TMDB). They contain no films or episodes, host no video and come with no links.

Payment

The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, the seller of record for your purchase, which handles tax and receipts, through its Link service. On your statement the payment appears as LINK.COM followed by our name. Each payment is made once: nothing renews or charges you by itself.

Refunds

The refund policy is part of these terms. The key is delivered right away, so a purchase is final once it is issued, except where the policy or your country's law says otherwise.

One license, one domain

A license is for one domain and up to two of its subdomains, such as a staging site. You add the domain in your account and can change it three times a year; for more, open a ticket. Another site needs another license. Keep your key private: sharing it, or using it on domains it does not cover, can end it.

When the year ends

Your site keeps working and importing, with security and bug fixes only for the versions you have. New features and support stop until you renew. You can renew from your account when the year is about to end, and at any time after it.

The software license

The theme and plugin are released under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. The license key is what gives access to our downloads, updates, imports and support.

Your site is your responsibility

Ending a license

A license ends if its payment is refunded or disputed, or if these terms are seriously broken. Its key then stops working on every site. If only a renewal is refunded or disputed, only that year is taken back.

What we promise, and its limits

We fix bugs in updates and help you get the product working as described. Beyond that, the software is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will suit every purpose, or that TMDB or other outside services will always be available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the license in the last twelve months. None of this takes away rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.

Changes

We may change these terms and will show the new date here. A change never takes away what you have already paid for. Questions go to the address at the top of this page.
