What you buy

A license for TV & Movie Catalog: a license key, shown in your account right after payment, with the theme and plugin downloads and a year of updates and support.

No refunds once the key is issued

The license key is digital content delivered immediately. Before you pay, you ask us to deliver it right away and confirm that, once it is issued, you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase (such as the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU and the UK). From the moment the key is issued, the purchase is final and is not refunded, also if you change your mind or do not use the license.

Try before you buy

Every design can be seen working in the live demos, and you can ask us anything before buying: create a free account and open a support ticket. Please check that the theme does what you need, and that your hosting meets the requirements (WordPress 6.8 or later, PHP 8.1 or later), before you pay.

When we do refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order: we refund the extra payment.
• You paid but no key was issued, and we cannot issue one: we refund the payment.
• The law of your country gives you a right that this policy cannot take away: that right applies.

Problems with the product

If something does not work as described, open a support ticket: we fix bugs in updates and help you get it working. A problem we can fix is fixed, not refunded.

Payments and the seller of record

Payments are processed by Stripe, the seller of record for your purchase, which handles tax and receipts. If a payment is refunded or disputed through Stripe or your bank, the license key stops working on every site.
